United Kingdom Shipping Policy

Domestic Deliveries: Our chosen carrier is the Royal Mail to handle deliveries within mainland UK. The standard delivery timeframe is 2-3 business days, though often they arrive within 1-2 days, occasional delays may arise, particularly in the event of strikes and bad storms. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by such delays.

Shipping Costs: Delivery is FREE for most post codes within the United Kingdom with no minimum order value. If you are in a restricted delivery area there is a £11.99 delivery fee. Please see below for restricted delivery areas.

Restricted Delivery Areas: Unfortunately, we have to charge more for delivery in some postcodes, this includes but is not limited to: AB, BT, FK, GY HS, JE, KA, KW, IM, IV, PA, PH, TR, ZE, Channels Islands and Northern Ireland.

International Deliveries: At present, we do not extend our delivery services beyond the United Kingdom. We appreciate your understanding and we are continuously evaluating opportunities to broaden our reach.
